ONTRAS receives kununu Top Company Seal 2024
The seal recognises companies with a high level of employee satisfaction and is based exclusively on independent assessments. Only just under 5 per cent of all companies are recognised as a Top Company. According to an independent study, the seal is relevant for 45 per cent of all talents when choosing a job.
Team ONTRAS among the best companies in Leipzig
ONTRAS received the Top Company seal from kununu for the third time in a row in November. The award is based on the independent ratings of employees on the platform. This puts ONTRAS among the top three companies in Leipzig with more than 200 employees. Kununu presents the award once a year. Employees can use the platform to rate their company according to various criteria such as team spirit or salary.
"We congratulate ONTRAS on receiving the Top Company Seal 2024," says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. "The award is given to employers with particularly good ratings on kununu. As only around five per cent of companies meet the qualification criteria, this is a very select group. Employers who are awarded the seal are not only characterised by recognition and appreciation, but also send a strong signal to talented people who are looking for the right company," Zimmermann continues.

We have competent and highly committed employees and naturally want to keep them. However, in times of a shortage of skilled labour, it is just as important to be able to attract new employees. To qualify for the kununu Top Company Seal 2024, a company must fulfil the following criteria:
- At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants are not counted.
- A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5 possible), both overall and in the employee ratings.
- In the past twelve months, the employee rating score must be at least 3.8 stars.
- At least two new ratings in the last twelve months. An updated rating also counts as a new rating.
- A study conducted by the market research company YouGov in September 2022 found that the Top Company seal is considered relevant or very relevant for applications by 45 per cent of all talented people when choosing a job.
