By adhering to compliance guidelines, we make an active contribution to the fulfilment of our tasks as a transmission system operator. We understand compliance as the sum of all corporate measures to ensure responsible and law-abiding behaviour at ONTRAS, i.e. to comply with the applicable legal and official requirements as well as our internal regulations.  

ONTRAS has had a compliance management system in place for many years with compliance officers, regular training courses and a corporate culture that promotes and demands compliance-oriented behaviour. We adhere to the applicable regulations out of conviction. Our internal rules and regulations, which apply to all employees, create the framework for responsible conduct.  

We also expect our business partners to act with integrity and in accordance with the law.  

Reporting compliance concerns

Please also use these offered reporting channels if you would like to report breaches of  law for Better Protection of Whistleblowers (Whistleblower Protection Act - HinSchG*), and as well for reports concerning our subsidiary GDMcom GmbH. All information and reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
