Customer survey results 2023
ONTRAS conducted a customer survey at the end of 2023. We are delighted with the high level of participation: a total of 63 customers took part in our survey.
Our customers' ratings were predominantly positive. For example, the cooperation with our customer advisors was mostly rated as very good. We also received suggestions for improvements to our website, the newsletter and the customer portal. We also learnt about customers' concerns regarding the hydrogen market ramp-up and that customers are satisfied with the current provision of information on this topic.
Appropriate activities were derived from the feedback received and have already been partially implemented.
